Commander: Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose leads a mono-black Vampire drain deck that turns every point of life gained into opponent life loss. The primary plan is to land Vito early and combine him with Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror; any lifelink hit, Blood Artist trigger, or combat damage then starts a loop that drains the table. A Vampire beatdown shell with lords, lifelink, and token makers carries games when the loop is unavailable, while four tutors and reanimation spells assemble the two-piece lines. Backup wins include Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank and a kicked Blood Tribute doubled by Bloodletter of Aclazotz. There is no hidden commander; Bloodthirsty Conqueror works as a second combo partner, not a build-around.
