Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Breena, the Demagogue to orchestrate multiplayer combat dynamics, turning opponents against one another while building an overwhelming board state. The early game focuses on deploying low-curve creatures, mana rocks, and pillowfort enchantments such as Ghostly Prison and Blind Obedience. Once Breena enters on turn 3, multi-opponent attacks draw two fresh cards each turn cycle and rapidly swell Breena with +1/+1 counters. Auras like Ethereal Armor and Spirit Mantle grant evasion and decisive commander damage potential, while token engines such as Combat Calligrapher and Black Market Connections flood the skies with Inklings and Shapeshifters. Defensive stalwarts like Drana and Linvala and Archangel of Tithes lock down opposing creature abilities and penalize incoming attacks. The deck protects its engine using Flawless Maneuver and Teferi's Protection while dismantling opposing key pieces through premier exile removal like Swords to Plowshares and Anguished Unmaking, methodically eliminating opponents over several combat rotations.
