Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-red dragon shell commanded by Smaug the Magnificent. It aims to leverage early artifact acceleration and repeatable Treasure creation to cast Smaug ahead of curve. Because Smaug possesses innate haste, he applies immediate combat pressure while converting stockpiled Treasures into direct burn. Mid-game turns capitalize on high-impact dragons such as Terror of the Peaks, Goldspan Dragon, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen, supported by damage doublers like Gratuitous Violence and Mjölnir, Hammer of Thor. The deck protects its proactive turns using efficient redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend, alongside hexproof equipment. While it lacks infinite combos and struggles to interact with opposing enchantments, it presents high damage velocity and resilient threat redundancy across multiplayer pods.
