Deck overview

This is a mono-blue copy/spellslinger deck built around Sakashima of a Thousand Faces. Sakashima is not a required combo piece; she is a flexible second copy of the deck's best permanent, with the "legend rule doesn't apply" clause letting her double up on legendary engines like Orvar, the All-Form, Talrand, Sky Summoner, or Gogo, Master of Mimicry. The plan is to outdraw the table with Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora, deploy an instant/sorcery or untap engine, then convert a loop into infinite mana and infinite tokens. Primary wins are Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with mana rocks, Peregrine Drake flicker loops, and Orvar clone chains, all feeding Talrand drakes, Altar of the Brood mill, or Agent of Treachery theft. It is a resilient combo/value deck that wins through the stack and the graveyard rather than an early aggressive curve.
