Deck overview

This Naya deck is piloted by Toph, the First Metalbender, merging artifact and land synergies with the earthbending mechanic. Toph turns all nontoken artifacts into lands and animates a land each end step into a hasty creature with two +1/+1 counters. When these earthbent lands die or are exiled, they automatically return to the battlefield tapped, providing natural resilience against sweepers and fuel for landfall. The deck accelerates through green ramp and artifact fixers to establish Toph on Turn 4. From there, powerful counter multipliers such as Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Avatar Kyoshi, Earthbender, and Doubling Season convert these animated lands into massive combat threats. Direct damage payoffs like All Will Be One and Sabotender turn counter placement and land recursion into game-ending burn. While vulnerable to mass exile or bounce, the deck recovers rapidly due to its resilient land base, closing out games by Turn 7.
