Deck overview

This is a classic Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Mizzix of the Izmagnus, built to chain instants and sorceries, bank experience counters, and convert every cast into damage and card advantage. The primary plan is to deploy a cost reducer (Mizzix herself or one of six redundant reducers), drop a pinger like Guttersnipe or Fiery Inscription, then storm off through a dense cantrip suite and finish with an X-spell (Comet Storm, Crackle with Power, Jaya's Immolating Inferno) or a Thousand-Year Storm copy chain. The deck leans heavily on its graveyard as a second hand via Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, and Mizzix's Mastery, and protects its big turn with a solid counterspell suite. It is a "one big turn" deck: build, then explode.
