Deck overview

This Gruul Landfall deck utilizes Omnath, Locus of Rage as a high-impact commander and finisher, translating aggressive mana ramp into overwhelming board presence and reach. The deck accelerates through early turns using a dense suite of 1–2 mana dorks, extra land drop enablers like Exploration and Azusa, Lost but Seeking, and rapid land-fetching sorceries. Once assembled on Turn 4, Omnath converts every land drop into a 5/5 Elemental token, rapidly building a threatening board by Turn 5. The engine is amplified by landfall multipliers like Ancient Greenwarden and explosive finishers like Scapeshift and Moraug, Fury of Akoum. Opponents face a difficult dilemma: wipe the board and suffer 3 direct damage from Omnath for every dying Elemental, or succumb to massive combat damage within two turn cycles. Resilient graveyard land recursion and redundant token generators like Scute Swarm ensure the deck can rebuild swiftly if answered.
