Deck overview

This is a Jeskai control-combo deck built around the partner commanders The Second Doctor and Donna Noble. The primary game plan leverages the Doctor's symmetric end-step draw to fuel a host of "second draw" payoffs while the deck assembles an infinite damage-reflection loop. The core win condition is a creature with a damage-triggered ability (Brash Taunter, Stuffy Doll, Phyrexian Vindicator, Screaming Nemesis, or Mogg Maniac) enchanted with Guilty Conscience or Pain for All - any damage dealt to the creature triggers an infinite chain that kills one or all opponents. The deck is built with exceptional redundancy across its combo pieces, heavy protection in the form of indestructible permanents and free spells, and a robust recursion suite via Emeria Shepherd and Past in Flames. Donna Noble pairs with a reflector to double the damage output, though the combos function independently of the commanders. ---
