Deck overview

This deck is a Boros graveyard-midrange engine helmed by Quintorius, History Chaser. The strategy leverages cards leaving the graveyard—whether through escape, flashback, reanimation, or upkeep triggers like Squee, Goblin Nabob—to generate an army of 3/2 Spirit creature tokens. Supported by discard outlets such as Faithless Looting, Currency Converter, and Conspiracy Theorist, the deck continuously fuels its graveyard while digging for high-impact recursion cards like Sun Titan, Sevinne's Reclamation, and Hofri Ghostforge. The primary route to victory is wide-board combat, converting Spirit tokens into lethal attackers using the commander's −4 loyalty ability to grant double strike and vigilance, or flying aggression via On Wings of Gold. While the deck exhibits solid card flow and strong recursion lines, its reliance on incremental combat damage and vulnerability to persistent graveyard hate require calculated sequencing and active board management.
