Deck overview

The deck uses Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty to turn expensive spells into cascade engines. Early turns should develop lands with mana creatures and land-search spells, then deploy Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty before casting six-mana or larger spells. Cascade, discover, Up the Beanstalk, Thunderous Snapper, and Kozilek's Unsealing can create a large board and substantial card flow. The deck also has strong individual threats, including Apex Devastator, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Hullbreaker Horror, and Portal to Phyrexia. Its main weakness is that the curve is very high and specific pieces are difficult to find together. The deck can produce impressive noncompetitive ceilings, but ordinary draws do not reliably create a compact win, a total lock, or enough protection to force the plan through interaction. It is best played as a value-heavy battlecruiser deck that seeks to overwhelm the table through one or two large cascade turns.
