Baron helmut mono black by user4518180

Format: Commander

Commander: Baron Helmut Zemo

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Baron Helmut Zemo leads a mono-black graveyard attrition deck. The primary plan is to stock the graveyard with Buried Alive, Entomb, Stitcher's Supplier, and connive discards, then cheat out enormous demons with Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Breach the Multiverse while ramping through Cabal Coffers and Nykthos. The commander is the build-around: once it attacks, its Boast converts a pip-heavy graveyard into up to three free black spell copies. There is no hidden second commander; the deck is built to use Baron as the final burst engine after the black midrange core has stabilized the board.
