Commander: Ashling, the Limitless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Elemental tribal deck uses Ashling, the Limitless to give every Elemental in your hand evoke {4} and to copy each nontoken Elemental you sacrifice, creating a hasty token you can keep for {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}. The primary plan evokes value Elementals for cheap enters-the-battlefield effects, keeps the copies when you can pay, and wins through combat amplified by Champion of the Path burn, Omnath, Locus of Rage triggers, and Avenger of Zendikar Plants. Secondary paths use landfall, encore from Belonging and Jubilation, and graveyard recursion via Horde of Notions and Muldrotha. Animar, Soul of Elements acts as hidden commander, discounting high-cost Elementals and growing quickly.
