Deck overview

This is a Black-Red Vampire tribal deck helmed by Strefan, Maurer Progenitor, built around the Blood token economy. The core loop is generating Blood tokens from a dozen sources, using them for conditional card draw, and feeding Strefan's attack trigger to cheat expensive Vampires onto the battlefield tapped and attacking with indestructible. The primary win is combat damage from a buffed, wide Vampire army - Stromkirk Captain, Vampire Nocturnus, and Necropolis Regent pump the team - supplemented by a dense life-drain package (Sanctum Seeker, Blood Artist, Mirkwood Bats, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose). A backup two-card combo of Exquisite Blood with Bloodthirsty Conqueror or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose provides an instant table kill if assembled. The deck is a classic midrange tribal build: incremental value, strong board presence, and a slow but real inevitability engine.
