Deck overview
This is a mono-blue Sphinx-themed deck built around 38 copies of Sphinx's Approach. Geist of Saint Thalia reduces the generic portion of each approach, allowing the spell to draw two cards cheaply. After four approaches are in the graveyard, a fifth can be exiled with them to put a Sphinx directly onto the battlefield. Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign is the strongest payoff: each Sphinx entry produces a pile-selection trigger, giving the deck recurring card access. The plan is still slow because Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign costs six mana, most acceleration is modest, and the deck has little protection or disruption. More importantly, the value engine does not reliably become lethal. Laboratory Maniac is a possible alternate win, but the deck cannot consistently find, protect, and support it while emptying the library. The deck can generate advantage in casual games, but it has no dependable clock or lockout.
