Deck overview

This deck is an Aura-centric Enchantress and pillowfort strategy commanded by Eriette of the Charmed Apple. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap Auras onto both friendly and opposing creatures. Eriette turns these Auras into a formidable asymmetric defense, completely barring enchanted enemy creatures from attacking you while draining each opponent for life equal to your Aura count at every end step. Card draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Kor Spiritdancer keep your hand full of low-cost enchantments, while Killian, Ink Duelist and Starfield Mystic accelerate your deployment curve. Robust defensive enchantments including Greater Auramancy and Sphere of Safety shield your board and lock down opposing combat steps. The deck converts this defensive grid into victory through compounding life drain, massive Voltron swings backed by All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor, or an infinite life-drain loop with Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. Mass recursion spells ensure rapid recovery from sweepers.
