Deck overview

Rin and Seri, Inseparable leads a Naya tribal token deck that turns each Dog or Cat spell into another creature. Folk Hero gives the commander a repeatable draw engine, while Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and Doubling Season multiply token production. The main combat payoff is Jetmir, Nexus of Revels: at nine creatures, the board gains vigilance, trample, and double strike, creating a strong attack on Turn 8 in a good ordinary draw. The deck also has alternate token makers such as Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second, Felidar Retreat, and Springleaf Parade, plus damage engines including Impact Tremors and Warleader's Call. Its main limits are singleton access to the key engine and payoff, many tapped lands, modest interaction, and dependence on a creature board surviving until combat. It is a solid casual-to-high-power tribal strategy, but not a competitive Commander construction or a combo deck.
