Format: Commander

Commander: Breena, the Demagogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Breena, the Demagogue leads a political Orzhov deck that manipulates combat, distributes +1/+1 counters, and weaponizes opponent aggression. The deck uses pillowfort cards like Ghostly Prison, Nils, Discipline Enforcer, and Combat Calligrapher to steer incoming attacks toward other players. Breena rewards these conflicts by drawing cards and growing your creatures into massive threats. You maintain control with flexible removal spells and deterrents like No Mercy and Inkshield. You close out games by overwhelming opponents with a lethal, evasive strike buffed by Cathars' Crusade, Felidar Retreat, and Duelist's Heritage, or by executing a devastating life drain finisher with Exsanguinate.
