Deck overview

This Mardu artifact deck is helmed by Megatron, Tyrant // Megatron, Destructive Force, a versatile commander that shifts between creature and vehicle forms. The primary game plan involves deploying Megatron early via its *More Than Meets the Eye* cost, using its combat-phase spell lock to protect attacks, and converting to generate mana from opponents' life loss. The deck then overwhelms opponents with a swarm of large artifact creatures, leveraging recursion engines like Goblin Welder and Wake the Past to rebuild from graveyard hate. Secondary win conditions include Alibou, Ancient Witness for direct damage and Chandra's Ignition on a massive creature like Metalwork Colossus. The deck is a midrange value engine that aims to grind out incremental advantage before closing with combat.
