Urza 2 by Americanhobbit9

Format: Commander

Commander: Urza, Lord High Artificer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Urza deck builds infinite mana from artifacts and converts it into a win. The primary plan uses untap loops: Isochron Scepter or Elite Arcanist imprinting Dramatic Reversal with Gilded Lotus, Filigree Sages with Forensic Gadgeteer and Chromatic Orrery or Gilded Lotus, and Retraction Helix with Sewer-veillance Cam and Urza. Urza taps artifacts for blue mana and provides card advantage through his 5-mana exile ability, but most combos win without him. Secondary paths include a Tidespout Tyrant bounce lock, Winter Orb stax with Unwinding Clock, and large Construct beats. Arcum Dagsson acts as a hidden commander to tutor key artifacts.
