B2 Teval Lands and Stuff

Format: Commander

Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Sultai (BUG) deck helmed by Teval, the Balanced Scale is a classic graveyard-lands value engine that mills aggressively, recurs lands and creatures, and vomits tokens onto the battlefield. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard, leverage multiple recursion engines (Muldrotha, the Gravetide, The Gitrog Monster, Meren of Clan Nel Toth) to play lands and spells from the graveyard, and assemble an overwhelming board of zombie druid tokens, plant tokens (Avenger of Zendikar), and other creatures. Wins come either through a massive combat swing (often with flying from Wonder) or via the drain reach of Syr Konrad, the Grim. No fast infinite combo exists; victory is built incrementally through landfall and token generation.
