Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet big-mana spellslinger strategy commanded by Ashling, Rekindled // Ashling, Rimebound. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana early by transforming Ashling on turn 3 to generate two mana for spells with mana value 4 or greater. This mana surge deploys dense 4-CMC artifact rocks and value engines like Tellah, Great Sage, Sunbird's Invocation, and One with the Multiverse by turn 4. On turn 6, the deck converts this mana into game-ending sorceries, including Aminatou's Augury, Apex of Power, and overloaded Mizzix's Mastery. Victory is achieved by creating massive swarms of hasty tokens with Ovika, Enigma Goliath and Manaform Hellkite or resolving a lethal Crackle with Power. While vulnerable to fast combos and counterspells due to light cheap interaction, the deck delivers overwhelming late-game spell velocity.
