Deck overview

This mono-blue tempo deck pairs Zellix, Sanity Flayer with the Feywild Visitor Background to generate an evasive token swarm while disrupting opponents. In the opening turns, the deck deploys unblockable low-drop creatures such as Slither Blade and Mist-Cloaked Herald. Once the commanders enter the battlefield, dealing combat damage with these nontoken attackers triggers Feywild Visitor, creating 1/1 flying Faerie Dragon tokens, while Zellix, Sanity Flayer mills libraries to spawn 1/1 Horror tokens. The deck supports this go-wide board state with a robust package of counterspells and bounce interaction to protect its board and stall opponents. Card draw engines like Curiosity Crafter convert token combat damage into sustained hand replenishment. To close games, the deck relies on anthems and heavy equipment like Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Bonehoard, and Scytheclaw to overwhelm the table in combat. The strategy excels in casual tempo play but requires multiple turns to accumulate lethal damage across three opponents.
