Commander: Lavinia, Azorius Renegade

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade leads a blue-white prison-control deck that taxes spellcasting and searches, limits opponents to one spell per turn, and punishes free spells. The primary plan is to stabilize with stax and card advantage, then close with Approach of the Second Sun, either by drawing it back or tutoring it with Solve the Equation. Secondary paths are an Elesh Norn-empowered angel/pegasus token swarm from Court of Grace, Luminarch Ascension, Archon of Sun's Grace, and Sigil of the Empty Throne, or a late Hullbreaker Horror lock. Lavinia is a speed-bump stax piece rather than an engine; the deck would still function if she never entered. There is no hidden commander.
