$100 Tamiyo - Bracket 4 by user5711721

Format: Commander

Commander: Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student // Tamiyo, Seasoned Scholar

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student is a Simic proliferate deck that wins with poison. You give each opponent a first poison counter with Prologue to Phyresis or Infectious Bite, then multiply counters with repeatable proliferate from Thrummingbird, Flux Channeler, Dreamtide Whale, Radstorm and Expansion Algorithm. The hidden engine is Kitsa, Otterball Elite, which copies Dramatic Reversal and Vitalize to make infinite mana with mana dorks like Elvish Mystic and Arbor Elf, then funds a lethal Expansion Algorithm. Tamiyo flips quickly after you draw three cards in a turn; her front face investigates and her back face recurs instants and sorceries and can draw half your library. Heavy counterspells protect the setup.
