Deck overview

This is a turbo-X combo deck built around Magus Lucea Kane, using her tap to bank two colorless mana and then double the next X-cost spell. The deck's primary kill is a one-shot X-tutor line: cast a copied Finale of Devastation, Invasion of Ikoria, or Nature's Rhythm to put Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Deceiver Exarch onto the battlefield and chain infinite hasty Exarch tokens. A second, equally compact kill loops Fathom Mage or Pensive Professor with Lyla, Holographic Assistant or Iron Man, Armored Avenger to draw the library and win with Thassa's Oracle. The 99 is packed with fast mana, untappers, and a deep tutor web, making the deck capable of explosive turn-3 starts and reliable turn-4 wins.
