Deck overview

This is a classic Golgari Elfball combo deck helmed by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The plan is to flood the board with low-curve Elves, use mana engines like Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid to generate enormous amounts of green mana, then convert that mana into a same-turn kill through infinite untap combos with Staff of Domination or Umbral Mantle. Lathril serves primarily as a payoff and secondary token generator: once the deck can untap ten Elves repeatedly, her activated ability drains each opponent for 10 life at a time. Backup wins come from Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Overrun, Allosaurus Shepherd, and an enormous token swarm. The deck is fast, redundant, and commander-independent in its core combo lines, with a low 2.62 average mana value and a dense package of Elvish mana dorks.
