Deck overview

This deck is a explosive Gruul "cast from exile" value engine helmed by Ashaya's Enduring Bond, a legendary sorcery that discovers X based on the mana spent to cast it. The primary game plan is to generate massive amounts of red and green mana through rituals, mana doublers, and mana-storing permanents, then cast the commander for a high X value to chain into big threats like Apex Devastator or Etali, Primal Conqueror. Once those cards hit the battlefield, their cascade and cast-from-exile triggers multiply the value, creating overwhelming board presence and incremental damage from pingers like Flaming Tyrannosaurus and Nico Minoru, Runaway. The deck lacks a deterministic infinite combo but can generate infinite red mana through Reiterate + a ritual, though it has no clean payoff for that loop. The strategy is linear, powerful, and highly dependent on the commander to kick-start the chain, but it can still execute through incidental exile engines like Jeska's Will or Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald when the commander is unavailable. **Primer:** **Core Strategy:** 1. **Ramp & Accelerate:** Deploy early mana rocks (Sol Ring, Gruul Signet, Arcane Signet) and rituals (Seething Song,…
