Spiders Galore by user9689767

Format: Commander

Commander: Shelob, Child of Ungoliant

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Shelob, Child of Ungoliant leads a Golgari Spider-tribal deck that wins by turning a wide, deathtouch-heavy board into one massive trample swing. The commander gives every other Spider deathtouch and ward, provides an 8/8 body for pump spells, and converts creatures killed by Spiders into Food tokens. The main line is to ramp, assemble Spider tokens through Twin-Silk Spider, Ishkanah, Wall Crawl, and Spider Spawning, then finish with Overwhelming Stampede or Overcome; Fynn, the Fangbearer offers a poison secondary line. Food payoffs such as Peregrin Took, Night of the Sweets' Revenge, and Defiant Bloodlord keep the engine running and can drain life. Ishkanah, Grafwidow acts as the hidden commander, providing a board and a repeatable Spider-based drain.
