Deck overview

Orzhov life-drain control built around Liesa, Shroud of Dusk. Liesa taxes every spell and gains life in combat, making her the deck's engine, clock, and lifegain trigger. The primary plan is to establish a low-cost drain engine (Starscape Cleric, Vito, Sanguine Bond, South Wind Avatar) and pair it with Exquisite Blood, then start the loop with any life gain. Secondary paths use Chain of Smog with Sedgemoor Witch to create a massive Pest army, Aetherflux Reservoir life-bursts, and Exsanguinate / Gray Merchant as mana-sink finishers. There is no hidden commander, but K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth functions as a secondary mana enabler.
