Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Spellslinger deck commanded by Codie, Ravenous Codex, focusing on the Prepare mechanic and spell duplication. During the early turns, it deploys mana fixing, utility artifacts, and prepare creatures. Once Codie enters the battlefield, it doubles prepare spells such as Emeritus of Ideation // Ancestral Recall and Emeritus of Woe // Demonic Tutor, generating immense card advantage and tutoring for win conditions. The deck closes games around Turn 7 by casting Mana Geyser to produce an explosive amount of mana from opponents' tapped lands, channeling it into a duplicated Crackle with Power or Banefire to incinerate all three opponents simultaneously. Supporting pieces like Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun and Veyran, Voice of Duality ensure spell resolution and compound trigger value.
