Deck overview

This Jund deck is commanded by the partner duo of Ellie, Brick Master and Joel, Resolute Survivor. The core strategy revolves around generating aggressive combat incentive and swarming the board with 1/1 Cordyceps Infected tokens whenever players attack opponents. As these disposable tokens enter combat, die, or are sacrificed, they trigger a dense package of aristocrat payoffs including Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Mirkwood Bats, while fueling Joel's +1/+1 counters and card draw. Board control is maintained through asymmetric sacrifice engines like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos, alongside combat manipulation via Kardur, Doomscourge. The deck excels at grinding out incremental advantage and turning wide token boards into inevitable life drain, though it remains vulnerable to sweepers and lacks fast stack-based interaction.
