Deck overview

This mono-green Voltron deck leverages the natural resilience of Blor the Impervious, a five-mana commander featuring built-in trample, hexproof, and indestructible. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using mana dorks, land-fetch sorceries, and low-cost artifacts to deploy Blor on Turn 4. Once established, Blor is enhanced with high-impact equipment and auras such as Belt of Giant Strength, Tangleweave Armor, and Bone Sabres, transforming it into a lethal attacker that bypasses chump blockers and ignores conventional spot removal. Interactive spells rely heavily on fight and bite mechanics that leverage Blor's invulnerability to clear opposing threats without risking the commander in return. The deck finishes games by methodically eliminating opponents through sequential 21-point commander damage strikes. Its primary vulnerabilities lie in susceptibility to non-destroy board wipes, sacrifice edicts, and the linear pacing of single-target combat in four-player games.
