Deck overview

This deck is a four-color big-mana strategy helmed by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The core game plan focuses on utilizing an extensive suite of two-mana artifacts and land-ramping permanents to accelerate into Nissa by Turn 5 or 6. Once on the battlefield, any land entering the battlefield triggers Nissa's ability to draw a card and put the first revealed creature directly onto the battlefield. The creature suite contains massive, game-warping bombs such as Blightsteel Colossus, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Archfiend of Despair, and Galactus, Devourer of Worlds. While the deck includes pillowfort pieces like Ghostly Prison and defensive counterspells to stall opposing attackers, its primary goal is to compound overwhelming combat and attrition damage over two turn cycles to close out the game around Turn 8.
