Deck overview

This deck combines Grixis spellslinger mechanics with discard attrition, centered on Kefka, Court Mage. The strategy ramps into Kefka on turn 4, using its enter and attack triggers to strip cards from opponents while refilling your hand based on the card types discarded. This influx of resources feeds low-cost cantrips, rituals, and burn enablers such as Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Black Waltz No. 3. Damage multipliers like Artist's Talent and Fiery Emancipation amplify noncombat damage across all opponents simultaneously. The deck controls the game with efficient countermagic and board sweepers while generating continuous value from Waste Not and Archmage Emeritus. It closes out games reliably around turn 7 through sustained burn damage.
