Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis aristocrats and sacrifice attrition strategy designed to control creature combat through forced edicts while building toward an infinite life-drain combo. Led by Thraximundar, the deck uses death triggers to accumulate resources and shrink opposing boards. Its primary win condition pairs Warren Soultrader with Gravecrawler and a drain payoff like Blood Artist or Mayhem Devil, generating infinite death and cast triggers to eliminate all opponents on Turn 6. Backup lines leverage Ashnod's Altar, Dictate of Erebos, Tergrid, God of Fright, and Syr Konrad, the Grim to grind down opposing life totals. While high-cost threats like Thraximundar and Sheoldred, Whispering One provide formidable combat pressure, the core engine relies on cheap, synergistic creatures and graveyard recursion to close out games efficiently.
