This Dimir spellslinger combo-control deck leverages Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy and Scion of Halaster to achieve high card velocity, resilient graveyard recursion, and rapid combo finishes. Scion of Halaster sculpts draws each turn by binning critical instants and sorceries while feeding Gale's triggered ability to recast them from the graveyard. The primary win condition is a compact Turn 3 assembly of Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation, which exiles the entire library to secure an instant victory through 0 opponent response cycles. Dense fast mana, universal tutors, and 1-mana cantrips ensure consistent early assembly. The deck protects its win window with format-staple countermagic including Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Pact of Negation, while utilizing Unearth and Gale's recursion to recover instantly from disruption.
