Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Rakdos Goblin/Orc Army deck builds a wide board and grows one or two large Armies with amass. The Great Goblin turns every counter placement into 2 damage and turns every Goblin, Orc, or Army death into an exiled card you can play next turn, so you grind cards while you swarm. Secondary wins come from sacrifice drains with Goblin Bombardment and Boggart Mischief, and from a huge Army built with Fall of Cair Andros plus Blasphemous Act or Widespread Brutality, often doubled by Mauhur and finished with Akki Battle Squad extra combats. Rundvelt Hordemaster acts as a hidden commander, giving an anthem and the same death-draw engine when The Great Goblin is offline.
