Deck overview

Minthara, Merciless Soul is a blink/flicker value deck that uses a critical mass of exile-and-return effects to accumulate experience counters, turning its commander into a scaling anthem and its creatures into a wide army. The primary finish is either an aggressive combat swing from pumped tokens or an infinite loop with Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel, converted to life loss by Corpse Knight. Ashnod's Altar and Sun Titan provide a secondary recursion loop, while Aang acts as a backup experience engine and token generator. The deck packs almost every relevant tutor and redundant recursion, so it plays as a resilient, grindy value engine that can pivot from chip damage to a one-turn combo kill.
