Deck overview

Hinata, Dawn-Crowned is a spellslinger-control deck that turns multi-target instants and sorcereries into nearly free spells while taxing opponents' targeted spells. The primary plan is to establish Hinata early behind stax and permission, then assemble an infinite red-mana loop with Mana Geyser and Reiterate (buyback) and kill with Crackle with Power or Comet Storm. Smothering Tithe, Underworld Breach, and Windfall provide a secondary draw/treasure engine, and a dense suite of instant-speed interaction protects the combo. The commander is a force multiplier rather than a strict engine, so the deck can still play a controlling game even if Hinata is absent.
