Smug Dragon by MiLeeFa

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Smaug the Magnificent commands an aggressive mono-red deck that converts hoard accumulation into direct damage and rapid mana acceleration. The primary strategy revolves around producing massive quantities of Treasure tokens through enablers like Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Professional Face-Breaker, and Ancient Copper Dragon. Smaug converts this treasure cache into repeatable direct damage upon attacking, controlling opposing threats and burning life totals. The deck closes games through infinite combat loops with Aggravated Assault and The Reaver Cleaver, an upkeep victory via Hellkite Tyrant, or lethal burn triggered by Reckless Fireweaver and Weftstalker Ardent as waves of artifacts enter the battlefield.
