Deck overview

This Temur deck leverages Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk as an aggressive combat engine and combo centerpiece. The primary game plan accelerates mana through efficient 1-2 CMC dorks and rocks to transform Bruce Banner into an 8/8 trampling behemoth by turn 4 or 5, or cheats the transformation earlier using Moonmist. Once transformed, the deck capitalizes on Hulk's Enrage trigger, which grants +1/+1 counters and extra combat phases whenever he takes damage. Pairing Hulk with Caltrops creates a lethal loop: Caltrops deals 1 damage on attack, triggering Hulk to untap, grow, and generate infinite consecutive combat phases to trample over the entire table in a single turn. Backup strategies employ power doublers like Xenagos, God of Revels, extra combats from Karlach, Fury of Avernus, and the Combat Celebrant plus Helm of the Host combo, backed by flexible countermagic and protective spells.
