Deck overview

Namor the Sub-Mariner is a Merfolk token factory: every blue noncreature spell makes extra 1/1s, and his power scales with the number of Merfolk. The deck pairs that engine with lords and islandwalk/unblockable effects to turn a wide board into an alpha strike. A secondary extra-turn lock uses Wanderwine Prophets with Deeproot Pilgrimage, and Rite of Replication can turn a large board into five more flying Namors. Interaction is unusually deep for a tribal deck-17 counterspells plus bounce-so the plan can protect itself while it develops. The commander is central but not the only token engine; Emperor Mihail II, Deeproot Waters, and Daughter of the Deep provide redundancy.
