Deck overview

This deck leverages Jace, Multiverse Architect at the helm of a four-color Superfriends control strategy with an integrated creature-polymorph subtheme. By restricting creature cards in the 99 to high-impact utility pieces like Deepglow Skate, Displacer Kitten, and Spark Double, the deck turns low-cost token generators like Bitterblossom and Skrelv's Hive into engines for Jace's -3 ability and mass polymorph spells. The defensive foundation relies on dense board sweepers, efficient targeted exile removal, and Jace's passive combat taxation to protect planeswalkers across table rotations. Once established, planeswalkers such as Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, and Liliana, Dreadhorde General systematically strip opponent resources through hand disruption and asymmetric board control. Game closure is achieved through planeswalker ultimates, catastrophic loyalty acceleration via Deepglow Skate, or overwhelming evasive token swarms.
