Deck overview

This is a planeswalker-centered value deck led by Tam, the Possibility. Tam reduces planeswalker costs, while Evolution Sage, Tezzeret's Gambit, Dreamtide Whale, and Tam's own ability proliferate loyalty and other counters. The deck uses selection spells and mana rocks to reach a board of several planeswalkers, then gains incremental advantage through cards such as Narset, Parter of Veils, Mordenkainen, Chandra, Legacy of Fire, and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer. Its interaction suite is respectable, but most of it competes with expensive development. The main issue is that the deck creates value much more reliably than it creates a fast or deterministic win. Chandra, Legacy of Fire and Chandra, Awakened Inferno can eventually pressure all opponents, but their damage is too slow to establish a reliable finish. The deck is strongest in longer games where repeated planeswalker activations matter and weakest when its early engine is removed or opponents present fast, compact wins.
