Deck overview

Omo, Queen of Vesuva pilots a Simic lands-matter deck built on her everything counters: a single countered land becomes every land type at once, supercharging the Urza-tron trio, the Locus package, Deserts, Caves, and the Maze's End alternate win. The engine is classic landfall - Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm, and Tatyova, Benthic Druid convert every land drop into tokens, cards, and life - while Mana Reflection, Magus of the Candelabra, and Planar Nexus turn the manabase into a giant-mana engine for hydras and X-spells. Omo's 3-mana cost makes her easy to cast and recast, and her counters persist even if she dies, softening her loss. Wins come from overwhelming combat (plant/beast/hydra armies, or March from Velis Vel animating the entire manabase with haste), a slow Marit Lage via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage, or Maze's End's ten-Gate condition. This is a patient, grindy value deck that is hard to keep down once every land is everything.
