Deck overview

This Dimir control deck utilizes Sivitri, Dragon Master to stall aggressive opponents, tutor situationally powerful Dragons, and threaten a one-sided board wipe. The game plan focuses on dictating the game pace using counterspells, targeted removal, and sweepers before deploying evasive aerial threats. Proliferate spells and aura enchantments like Teferi's Talent rapidly advance planeswalker loyalty to trigger game-ending ultimates. Once the skies are secured with heavy hitters such as Silumgar, the Drifting Death, Iymrith, Desert Doom, and Brainstealer Dragon, the deck grinds out opponents through persistent card advantage and lethal flying combat damage.
