Deck overview

This Jeskai partner deck pairs Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son around a "Gods matter" experience-counter engine, layered over a compact spellslinger-combo core. Kratos accrues experience counters whenever Gods attack or die, then pumps a creature each end step; Atreus converts those counters into card draw and repeatable 2-damage pings to each opponent. The deck's actual kill conditions, however, live entirely in the 99: Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Curiosity/Ophidian Eye for infinite damage, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana and spell casts, and Basalt Monolith with Zirda, the Dawnwaker or Training Grounds for infinite colorless. Purphoros, God of the Forge and The Locust God provide a token-drain alternate line. The commanders are value engines that smooth the game while the combo core assembles.
