Deck overview

This deck is a political midrange strategy led by Breena, the Demagogue. It leverages multiplayer combat incentives, pillowfort defenses, and steady +1/+1 counter growth to grind down opponents. Breena acts as both the primary card-advantage engine and a rapidly scaling flying win condition, drawing extra cards and buffing creatures whenever players attack opponents with unequal life totals. Defensive pieces like Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, and Orzhov Advokist deter direct attacks, nudging opponents to attack each other for card draw. The deck finishes games through heavy commander damage or wide aerial swings supported by cards like Duelist's Heritage, Necropolis Regent, and Inkshield. While it excels at multiplayer table manipulation, it relies heavily on combat damage over multiple turns and lacks dedicated instant-speed protection for its key permanents.
