Wheel! Of! Locusts! "I'd Like to Solve the Puzzle" by user1143477

Format: Commander

Commander: The Locust God

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Locust God deck is an Izzet wheel-and-swarm list that converts every draw into flying haste tokens, then turns those tokens into direct damage via Impact Tremors, Cavalcade of Calamity, or Goblin Bombardment. Its secondary plan is a decking combo: Enter the Infinite plus Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac. The commander doubles as draw engine and token generator, while a dense package of wheels, cantrips, counterspells, and bounce spells keeps the hand full and opponents' hate off the board. It can pivot between a combat kill and an alternative win condition depending on what it draws.
