Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Bant +1/+1 counters and combat midrange deck commanded by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian. The primary strategy focuses on deploying efficient early creatures that generate or hold counters, curving seamlessly into Tidus on Turn 3 to move counters and trigger Cheer for immediate card draw and proliferation. As the board state develops, counter multipliers and static buffs like Brokers Ascendancy, Master Biomancer, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus rapidly scale the board's power. Evasion enablers such as Herald of Secret Streams, Abzan Falconer, and Chocobo Knights convert this accumulated power into unblockable, lethal combat damage across Turns 5 and 6. In addition to combat beatdown, the list integrates the compact infinite damage combo of Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista, easily assembled via creature tutors. Supported by efficient Bant countermagic, targeted removal, and board protection, the deck reliably pressures the table while maintaining strong resilience against disruption.
